Description
Global Speed Sharpener GSS-01 is a Sharpener for double-edged stainless steel knives.
The sharpening unit is made of ceramic, which improves sharpening performance and eliminates the risk of rust.
If the sharpness of the knife starts to dull, you can temporarily restore the sharpness by gently pulling it towards you 6-10 times.
How to use:
Place the sharpener on a flat surface and support the body firmly with one hand.
While placing the blade of the knife vertically in the hollow of the sharpener, pull the knife towards you to sharpen it.
If the sharpness of the knife does not change, repeat the sharpening process.
This is for stainless steel double-edged knives only. Not for use with wavy-blade or single-edged knives.
